3. Bond strength test.
Corrugated surface, inner, core, corrugated paper, maximum adhesion, maximum peeling force, can be borne by the separation test of a certain unit of length. The adhesion strength is not easy to be delaminated, which greatly reduces the compressive strength of the carton.
4. Breakdown strength test.
Through the corrugated board to complete the work on a certain shape, the displayed energy is called the puncture strength of the corrugated board.
5. Edge strength test.
The edge strength will directly affect the strength of the corrugated box, the lateral pressure is the main way to evaluate the strength of the corrugated box, and the main factor affecting the strength of the corrugated board is the production technology of the corrugated board. In the waveform direction, a certain height (25mm) corrugated board, unit length (100mm) can withstand vertical uniformity (12.5 mm/ min), which is called the edge pressure strength of corrugated board.
